We also offer a fully customized and personalized online booking tool in accordance with your travel policy.
We leverage our supplier relationships to secure perks and savings for your business. We immediately review/implement available/applicable at source discounts with suppliers. Additionally, we will leverage our reporting to analyze your spend patterns and travel behavior to make sure you are maximizing your savings. Individual rewards programs for travelers are maintained with our program!
Bookings are fully compliant with travel policy, preferred supplier agreements (if applicable) and specific guidelines for each traveler group. During implementation, we work with you to ensure your policy is enforced and monitored. Require approvals for out of policy bookings? No problem, whether your travelers are booking through an agent or online – we always ensure compliance with your company’s travel policy.
