You will be assigned a Dedicated Senior PLUS Travel Group Corporate Travel Counsellor (along with a dedicated back-up Counsellor)that will act as your personal travel assistant and support all bookings. For those wanting to self-book online, we also offer an online booking tool which is customized in accordance with your travel policy.
We will leverage our supplier relationships to secure perks and savings for your business and we immediately implement/review available/applicable at source discounts with all major/preferred air carriers. Additionally, we will leverage our reporting to analyze your spend patterns and travel behavior to make sure you are maximizing your savings. Any individual rewards programs that your travelers may be part of on a personal level are also applicable with our program!
Bookings can be fully compliant with travel policy, preferred supplier agreements (if applicable) and specific guidelines for each traveler group. During implementation we will work with you to ensure you policy is enforced and monitored through this program. Require approvals for out of policy bookings?
