The prices and discounts shown on this Site are applicable to this Site and may vary from Plus Travel Group retail outlets. The carriage of passengers and their baggage is subject to provisions of the Warsaw convention (as amended if applicable) national legislation and the carriers conditions of carriage.

Plus Travel Group’s current Privacy Policy is available on this Site and is hereby incorporated in these Terms of Use. Plus Travel Group may change its Privacy Policy from time to time. Such changes will be in effect thirty (30) days after Plus Travel Group posts such changes on the Site.

Plus Travel Group and its suppliers and licensors may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on the Site, or terminate the Site, at any time without notice.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Plus Travel Group and govern your use of the Site, superceding any prior agreement between you and Plus Travel Group regarding the Site including, but not limited to, any prior version of these Terms of Use.

15. Miscellaneous
These Terms of Use and the resolution of any dispute related to these Terms of Use or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without giving effect to any principal of conflicts of law Plus Travel Group’s failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provisions of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use will be enforceable in accordance with their terms. The section titles of the Terms of Use are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

Plus Travel Group and other Plus Travel Group logos and product and service names are trademarks or service marks of Plus Travel Group. (the “Plus Travel Group Marks”). You agree not to display or use in any manner the Plus Travel Group Marks without Plus Travel Group.’s prior written permission. You are prohibited from doing anything to infringe on or prejudice the trademark rights of Plus Travel Group. The display of trademarks or names on this web site does not create any license or other rights to these marks or names. Any unauthorized use of them is strictly prohibited. Featured logos are trademarks of their respective owners. Third party trademarks, logos and trade names appearing on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Plus Travel Group will enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
